Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how GetDressAI Project handles refund requests for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and digital service payments.

1. General Policy

We review refund requests fairly and in good faith. Because GetDressAI Project may provide immediate digital access, generated outputs, credits, or subscription benefits, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once the service has been used.

2. When a Refund May Be Approved

A refund may be approved in cases such as duplicate charges, technical billing errors, unauthorized transactions subject to review, or a material failure of the paid service that we cannot reasonably resolve.

3. When a Refund May Be Denied

Refunds may be denied when a user has already substantially used subscription benefits, consumed purchased credits, received generated outputs, violated the Terms of Service, or submitted the request after an unreasonable delay.

4. Request Process

To request a refund, contact support@getdressai.com and include the purchase email, transaction details, date of charge, and a short explanation of the issue.

We aim to review requests within 3 business days, although complex cases may take longer.

5. Processing

If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Card refunds typically take 3 to 5 working days after processing, though final timing depends on your payment processor, bank, and card provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction is fraudulent, please contact us before opening a chargeback where possible so we can help investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

7. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund charges already processed.
